The CEO of Binance, Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, is thought to have taken notice of the development and expressed his sympathy and support for Dashjr.
I’m sorry to see you lose so much. Instructed our security team to keep watch. We’ll freeze it if it approaches us. Please inform us if there is anything else we can do to assist you. We frequently deal with them and work with Law Enforcement (LE) organizations all over the world, according to Zhao.
Additionally, according to Cointelegraph, a user by the name of SatStandard suggested in a January 1, 2023, Reddit threads that Dashjr didn’t pay much attention to the November 17, 2022, security breach and later suggested that the Bitcoin developer “did not keep different activities separated.” Others reportedly emphasized that there was no hack at all and claimed that the seed phrase had simply been discovered.
